Signs That It’s Time to Replace Your Roof

Excessive Amount of Shingle Granules in Gutters: While it is not uncommon to see a small amount of loose granules on your roof, excessive amounts mean that your shingles are approaching the end of their life span and need to be replaced.

Leaking: leaks and drips indicating that your roof’s deck is deficient and needs some work.

Sunlight Peeking Through: If you happen to notice sunlight peeking through any of the ceiling inside of your home, there is a huge possibility that your roof need to be repaired. You may also need to have your roof reinsulated as well.
